3. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 14 days of service engagement. To initiate a refund, submit a written request via our contact form. Refunds are processed as follows:

• Eligibility: Requests must be received within 14 days and include proof of payment and a detailed description of the issue.
• Review Process: We will review your request within 7 business days and may request additional information.
• Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
